Manage incoming internet email and phone leads, follow up with prospective vehicle buyers, schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations, provide product information, route inquiries to appropriate personnel, and pursue sales quotas. The role requires lead follow-up, strong phone skills, desking or deal-structuring experience, a clean driving record, and a customer-focused approach.

Lead new and used vehicle sales departments, set forecasts and performance goals, manage CRM adoption, coach sales staff, oversee prospecting, inventory, appraisals, merchandising, compliance, and F&I performance. Collaborate with service leadership, review financial and productivity reports, conduct sales meetings, and assist with deal closing to achieve sales and profitability targets.
