Provide administrative and technical support for academic affairs and student advising: manage Examsoft and Blackboard operations, coordinate didactic program logistics, track clinical requirements and accommodations, collect accreditation data, and support college events and onboarding.

Provides comprehensive family medicine care across the lifespan, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, procedures, preventive care, and chronic disease management. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, maintains compliant EHR documentation, coordinates referrals and follow-up, participates in quality improvement, and teaches or mentors PA students. Requires California licensure eligibility, NCCPA certification, DEA registration eligibility, BLS certification, and graduation from an accredited PA program.

Serve as chief academic officer for the College of Pharmacy: execute and assess curriculum, ensure ACPE compliance, oversee Academic Affairs operations (class scheduling, Examsoft), manage budgets, lead continuous quality improvement, collaborate with dean, faculty and administrative team, and act for the dean as needed.
