As a Principal Rewards Consultant, you will lead large-scale projects, develop compensation strategies, manage client relationships, and support business development.

Advise marine clients on risk strategies and insurance placements (Hull, Liabilities, P&I, Builders Risk). Lead smaller books, develop renewal/placement strategies, analyze carrier quotes, support RFPs and product development, manage coverage follow-up with underwriters, build market and client relationships, and contribute to firm knowledge and client retention.

Lead advanced statistical and machine-learning analyses on large workforce datasets to deliver pay equity, workforce planning, and talent analytics. Clean and validate data, shape analytical approaches, present client-ready insights to executives, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to new tools and methodologies supporting HR and compensation analytics.
