Respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and building systems. Conduct inspections, inventory and requisition parts, perform painting/drywall/trim work, program TVs, use Lockout/Tagout, and follow safety procedures while maintaining guest service standards.

Support HR leadership with hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Coordinate background/drug screens and verification, maintain applicant/new-hire records and HRIS data, generate HR reports, assist payroll recordkeeping, train staff on HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
