Provide legal and regulatory advice on prepaid, debit, and credit card products; assess and mitigate payment-related legal risks; advise cross-functional teams and sponsor banks on product launches; monitor and analyze payments regulations; manage outside counsel; support product, engineering, risk, and go-to-market stakeholders to ensure compliance and enable product development.

Lead CX strategy by mapping cardholder journeys, analyzing VoC and unstructured feedback, and developing an end-to-end CX roadmap. Drive implementation of systems, processes, service standards and AI-enabled tooling, partner cross-functionally and with external agencies, track CX KPIs tied to business outcomes, and translate findings to senior leadership while managing change to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.

The Assistant General Counsel, Corporate, will oversee SEC reporting, corporate governance, board support, insider trading compliance, and legal support for corporate transactions. This role requires extensive public company securities expertise, strong drafting skills, and collaborative leadership across departments.
