Requires a portfolio, at least three years of professional 3D experience, and proficiency in Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, modeling, rendering, lighting, texturing, and animation.

Manages the corporate reception desk, lobby, mailroom, visitor access, calls, conference room scheduling, office supplies, EV charging requests, and general administrative support. Assists Human Resources and executives with clerical tasks, documents, projects, company events, and facility organization. Requires professional bilingual English and Spanish communication, customer service skills, accurate typing, Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, and independent problem-solving.

Lead end-to-end product marketing for cosmetics: ideation, formulation, packaging, pricing, launches, cross-functional briefing, budget and COGS management, post-launch analysis, and team development. Ensure brand alignment, global compliance, and on-time delivery while traveling to vendors and factories as needed.

Manages transportation and logistics operations, including shipment planning, carrier negotiations, routing, delivery tracking, freight cost reduction, retail customer requirements, container loading, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance. Supervises transportation personnel, evaluates carrier performance, develops shipment-tracking systems, analyzes logistics data, and presents operational improvements to management. Requires strong Excel skills, EDI experience, freight negotiation expertise, and knowledge of national retail shipping requirements.

Lead integrated PR and brand communications for a multi-brand portfolio: develop strategy, manage agencies, influencers, social and earned media, drive analytics and reporting, oversee budgets, mentor teams, and align communications to business objectives and campaigns.

Own customer forecasting for major retail partners, translating external forecasts and replenishment data into actionable inputs for Demand Planning. Manage high-SKU assortments, lead retailer meetings, monitor inventory and service metrics, build scenario analyses, maintain analytics and dashboards, and drive CPFR/process improvements while aligning Sales, Demand Planning, and Operations.
