Monitor global security systems and threat intelligence, triage and escalate incidents, support access control and on-site operations, coordinate emergency responses, maintain incident documentation, and communicate with stakeholders to protect client assets and personnel.

Manage 24/7 Global Security Operations Center operations, supervise and train GSOC staff, monitor security systems, lead incident response and escalation, produce incident reports and risk assessments, maintain SOPs, coordinate with law enforcement and stakeholders, and improve operational processes and staffing.

Lead and improve four specialty security programs (Shift Supervisor Operations, Badging, VIP Concierge, Special Events). Serve as primary client liaison, ensure operational excellence, manage staffing and logistics, train and mentor personnel, maintain equipment readiness, conduct incident management and after-action reviews, and drive continuous performance improvements.
