Manage daily security operations and personnel during assigned shifts, lead incident response, monitor surveillance and access systems, train and evaluate officers, ensure policy compliance, coordinate with clients and external agencies, and support site logistics and special events.

Lead and improve four specialty security programs (Shift Supervisor Operations, Badging, VIP Concierge, Special Events). Serve as primary client liaison, ensure operational excellence, manage staffing and logistics, train and mentor personnel, maintain equipment readiness, conduct incident management and after-action reviews, and drive continuous performance improvements.
