Manage security training programs, personnel, site-specific policies, compliance, inspections, reporting, scheduling, employee relations, and client communications. Develop and deliver training presentations, track employee and operational metrics, oversee security operations systems, coordinate safety drills, update SOPs and post orders, and support recruitment, onboarding, counseling, and disciplinary actions for security officers.

Lead and improve four specialty security programs (Shift Supervisor Operations, Badging, VIP Concierge, Special Events). Serve as primary client liaison, ensure operational excellence, manage staffing and logistics, train and mentor personnel, maintain equipment readiness, conduct incident management and after-action reviews, and drive continuous performance improvements.

Provide supplemental unarmed security coverage during peak periods and events by conducting patrols, monitoring access, reporting incidents, assisting in crowd control, and following emergency protocols. Maintain professional presence, complete documentation, support evacuations and first aid if trained, and collaborate with the primary security team to uphold site-specific procedures and customer service standards.
