Manages multiple $1 million to $25 million capital and expense projects from conceptual engineering through completion. Responsibilities include defining scope, developing estimates and schedules, preparing construction work packages, managing resources and contractors, controlling cost and schedule, mitigating risks, coordinating stakeholders, supporting construction, and closing projects in a refinery environment.

Leads strategic digital initiatives across refining operations, aligning business priorities with technology investments across IT and OT environments. Partners with senior leaders and stakeholders to define roadmaps, evaluate systems, conduct ROI analyses, develop requirements, manage testing, and drive adoption. Provides recommendations for system enhancements, supports business performance analysis, mentors colleagues in ITSM disciplines, and leads complex cross-functional technology delivery from concept through value realization.

Partners with refinery operators and stakeholders to define business processes, translate operational needs into digital solutions, evaluate systems alternatives, and lead initiatives through implementation. Supports requirements gathering, user stories, prototypes, testing, change management, IT service practices, ROI analysis, and user adoption. The role focuses on digital capabilities such as digital twins, connected worker tools, industrial data platforms, and advanced analytics across refinery operations.
