Lead delivery and operations of edge, last-mile, and End User Computing infrastructure for refinery sites. Manage teams, vendor relationships, budgets, and OT/IT convergence (LoRaWAN, pLTE, industrial sensing). Drive CI/CD, container orchestration, IaC, cybersecurity, and product lifecycle from ideation to support, aligning roadmaps with enterprise strategy and compliance while improving availability and operational performance.

Lead process design and optimization projects for refinery units, performing simulations, equipment sizing, PFD/P&ID development, feasibility/economic analysis, and implementation support. Interface with licensors, vendors, operations, and engineering to improve reliability, safety, environmental performance, and unit profitability. Support startup, troubleshooting, and development of operating procedures and training.

Lead development and management of sourcing and contracting strategies for midstream operations. Manage RFPs, negotiate terms, analyze bids using total cost of ownership, run benchmarks, track supplier performance and KPIs, and drive cost savings while minimizing supply chain risk and ensuring contract compliance.

Lead end-to-end APC/MPC lifecycle for refinery units: identify and justify opportunities, design and commission controllers, develop dynamic models and inferential sensors, track KPIs and economic benefits, mentor engineers, support startups/turnarounds, and coordinate control system upgrades and sustainment with Operations, Planning, and OT teams.
