Teams at Mangomint

Build and own CRM features and workflow automations supporting sales, marketing, onboarding, and support. Develop full-stack functionality using Next.js, FastAPI, Inngest, and related technologies; partner with teams to automate workflows; create agentic solutions for enrichment and task automation; and manage features from planning through monitoring and refinement. The role requires strong web development expertise, product sense, autonomy, communication, and experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks and orchestration tools.

Test mobile features across iOS and Android, perform regression testing, and build automated synthetic tests for voice calls and SMS. Develop test plans for new and cross-team initiatives, track bugs and quality trends, and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to maintain quality while increasing release velocity.
