The Manager of Legal Engagement is responsible for attorney staffing, onboarding, performance feedback processes, policy execution, and attorney experience enhancement at the law firm.

Design and build custom AI applications, integrations, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automated workflows. Ensure production-grade code, security, and maintainability while aligning with architecture standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype emerging tools, document solutions, and enable firmwide deployment and handoff to AI Solutions Analysts.

Manage budgeting, pricing, and matter-level financial analysis for firm engagements. Create pricing recommendations, monitor actuals vs. budget, build reporting and dashboards, perform data cleansing and financial modeling, and partner with stakeholders to optimize profitability and data integrity.
