The Manager of Legal Engagement is responsible for attorney staffing, onboarding, performance feedback processes, policy execution, and attorney experience enhancement at the law firm.

Design and build custom AI applications, integrations, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automated workflows. Ensure production-grade code, security, and maintainability while aligning with architecture standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype emerging tools, document solutions, and enable firmwide deployment and handoff to AI Solutions Analysts.

Manage budgeting, pricing, and matter-level financial analysis for firm engagements. Create pricing recommendations, monitor actuals vs. budget, build reporting and dashboards, perform data cleansing and financial modeling, and partner with stakeholders to optimize profitability and data integrity.

Support the Performance & Advancement team by administering the firm's performance management system, coordinating review and advancement timelines, maintaining records and trackers, preparing reports and communications, auditing data, coordinating meetings, and partnering with HR, Accounting, and other teams to improve processes and support review cycles.

Lead firmwide real estate, facilities, space planning, and administrative operations across 11 offices. Manage and develop Directors of Administration, oversee lease negotiations, vendor relationships, budgets, office buildouts, and multi-office projects. Drive operational consistency, process improvements, and alignment with firm strategy while reporting to the CFO and supporting firm leadership.

The Director of Content Marketing will lead strategy execution, oversee high-impact content development, and partner cross-functionally to drive market impact and support business growth across the Firm.

The Business Development Specialist provides strategic business development advice, enhances relationships, manages proposals, and drives revenues with key practices and partners.

The Assistant Controller oversees accounting operations, ensures compliance, drives improvements, and leads teams to strengthen financial performance.

The Billing Specialist processes high volumes of bills, ensures accuracy, communicates solutions for billing issues, and assists with special billing projects.

Lead attorney staffing, workload optimization, development alignment, and retention strategies across firm practices. Partner with practice leaders, recruiting, training, and performance teams to manage attorney assignments, utilization metrics, compensation/advancement, onboarding, and policy administration to support client service, attorney growth, and firm profitability.

The Client Compliance Specialist ensures compliant client billing by interpreting guidelines, coordinating eBilling, and improving billing processes. Requires strong analytical skills.
