Owns national growth strategy and strategic account development for Makita’s precast concrete customer segment. Builds relationships with corporate leaders, plant operations, procurement teams, distributors, and end users; conducts plant visits, demonstrations, and product evaluations; drives product adoption, standardization, and conversion across multiple locations. Coordinates field sales and internal teams, maintains account plans and CRM data, provides segment training, tracks performance, and travels nationally to customer and distributor sites.

Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events nationwide. Build annual trade show calendar and budget, manage inventory and logistics, design booth assets and demos, implement lead collection, coordinate shipping/set-up, work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams, and manage on-site event execution and post-event follow-up.
