Serve as instructional leader supporting the Principal in curriculum, instruction, assessment, student conduct and attendance, extracurriculars, school operations, and personnel supervision. Develop intervention and disciplinary programs, oversee student supervision and events, participate in IEP/Student Study Teams, liaise with after-school programs and athletics, and assist with hiring, evaluation, and administrative duties.

Provide administrative and confidential support to the school principal by managing the school office, personnel and student records, handling correspondence and communications, coordinating schedules and meetings, overseeing office staff and workflows, maintaining budgets/accounts, and responding to emergencies and stakeholder inquiries.

Serve as Magnolia Public Schools' senior financial leader, directing budgeting, forecasting, accounting, compliance, grants, debt and capital finance, internal controls, and financial reporting. Advise executive leadership and Board, build a responsive finance department, ensure audit readiness, model enrollment-sensitive financial scenarios, manage vendor/procurement controls, and support long-term fiscal sustainability for multi-site charter operations.

Lead and coordinate special education programs: curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development, IEP implementation, community relations, materials procurement, record keeping, candidate interviewing, and support for school improvement initiatives. Provide leadership, training, and outreach to ensure compliance and best practices for students with special needs.
