Leads strategy, roadmaps, feature definition, delivery, and lifecycle management for large-scale IT product portfolios. Partners with business, clients, sales, account management, development teams, and vendors to define requirements, manage releases, assess build-versus-buy decisions, monitor budgets and KPIs, address risks, and demonstrate business value. Coaches team members and supports Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, product adoption, and migration planning.

Leads agile software development and data integration efforts while remaining hands-on with coding, analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system improvements. Ensures data governance, security, reliability, and performance; aligns technology with business strategy; supports audits and RFPs; oversees project planning, budgets, assignments, and delivery; presents data visualizations to senior management; and mentors and evaluates staff.

Provides senior-level data analysis, compliance reporting, qualitative and quantitative research, business intelligence, dashboards, and program measurement for the Personal Financial Counselor financial disclosure and conflict-of-interest program. Tracks certification, readiness, onboarding, and workforce metrics; identifies trends and risks; develops executive reports and actionable recommendations; supports audit readiness, process improvement, and cross-functional program decision-making.
