Provides administrative support across HR and purchasing functions, including employee records, onboarding, payroll-related processes, ADP updates, purchase order tracking, vendor coordination, and confidential documentation management. The role requires strong customer service, communication, dependability, ethics, and professionalism.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries across compensation, benefits, payroll, performance, leave, and HR systems. Resolve cases through phone, email, chat, and online channels; manage Workday transactions and data quality; support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration. Guide users on self-service tools, prepare documentation, collaborate with HR specialists on complex issues, and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement while maintaining accuracy and employee satisfaction.

Perform entry-level warehouse and administrative tasks supporting fulfillment and distribution operations. Follow standardized work routines, execute inventory and processing activities, escalate non-routine issues, and work under supervision while applying job-related training to support operational goals.
