Maintains templates and asset libraries, ensures brand consistency, optimizes files for digital platforms, and collaborates with Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Web, and production teams. Requires flexibility for occasional evening and weekend support.

Own the full email and SMS lifecycle marketing program, including strategy, campaign deployment, automations, segmentation, personalization, testing, content calendars, and performance analysis. Drive retention, first-purchase conversion, subscriber growth, and revenue while managing deliverability, list health, and privacy compliance. Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, data, and acquisition teams to ensure consistent customer journeys and optimize results across campaigns and automated flows.
