Design, build, and validate UAV wiring harnesses from concept through production. Lead integration, test, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and production scaling while creating harness documentation and supporting test fixtures and system racks.

Own end-to-end reliability lifecycle for UAS platforms and subsystems. Define reliability requirements and metrics, run reliability testing and life-cycle modeling, analyze field and test data to identify root causes and trends, drive corrective actions, and report reliability posture to leadership while ensuring compliance with safety-critical standards.

Own prototype builds and transition new designs to production: create build steps and checklists, debug manufacturability issues, source quick-turn parts and tooling, train technicians, and capture lessons learned to improve production readiness.
