Design and productionize vision-based navigation, state-estimation, and sensor-fusion algorithms for embedded/autonomous defense platforms. Implement real-time C++ systems, integrate IMU/cameras/LiDAR/radar/GNSS, stabilize GNSS-VIO handover, optimize CPU/GPU performance, build evaluation pipelines, and validate in-flight with fault detection and graceful degradation.

Provide senior corporate legal support for a growth-stage defense technology company: lead M&A, financings, equity compensation, governance, international structuring, advise executives, coordinate outside counsel, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and identify and mitigate legal risks.

Lead integration of software and firmware for UAVs, coordinating cross-functional teams to define interfaces, manage releases, validate builds, debug firmware, and ensure production deployment. Lead supplier qualification and industrialization—conduct audits, FAIs, process validation, and capability assessments; define CTQs and control plans; implement quality metrics (Cp/Cpk, yield, NCR), drive corrective actions and DFM improvements, and ensure supplier readiness from prototype to production under aerospace/defense standards.

Lead end-to-end payload systems and integration for munitions: define requirements and ICDs, develop SOPs, own verification/validation, execute ground/flight/live-fire tests, and deliver deployable payload capability.

Design, implement, and test safety-critical real-time embedded flight software (C/C++/Rust). Integrate with avionics, sensors, and control systems; perform unit, integration, and system-level testing in simulation and on flight hardware; participate in full software lifecycle and verification/validation using MATLAB/Simulink.
