Supports the Chief People Officer through complex calendar and travel coordination, confidential HR information management, executive communications, board and committee preparation, and stakeholder alignment. Oversees Santa Monica office operations, including facilities, vendors, access badges, supplies, catering, mail, events, budgets, expenses, and workplace logistics. Serves as an on-site company ambassador and supports a welcoming, productive hybrid workplace.

Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, interpret test results, collaborate with care teams, and conduct client feedback sessions in a flexible work environment.

Leads global accounting transformation initiatives to improve operating-model maturity, process standardization, automation, technology enablement, controls, and public-company readiness. Responsibilities include assessing current-state capabilities, redesigning accounting processes, managing project plans, implementing finance technology solutions, preparing for SEC-compliant reporting, and leading organizational change across functions and geographies.
