As Manager of Onboarding, you will lead and develop a team responsible for ensuring a smooth client onboarding process, manage performance metrics, handle client escalations, and drive process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own product marketing as a senior individual contributor: define positioning and messaging for the AI platform, create sales enablement assets, run product launches end-to-end, build the PMM operating system, and translate customer and competitive insight into revenue-driving materials.

In this role, you'll build and scale high-throughput data pipelines, ensure data quality, and leverage AI for improved data operations. You'll also lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment focused on real estate data engineering.
