Serves as the primary HR contact for the Chino manufacturing site, managing employee relations, culture, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, payroll support, HR records, compliance, training, and special projects. The role partners with managers and employees, ensures California and federal employment-law compliance, supports engagement and retention, and coordinates with HR teams across multiple locations. It is an on-site position with 15–20% travel to other Luna facilities.
