Leads Luminate’s commercial, corporate, regulatory, privacy, intellectual property, employment, M&A, and dispute-resolution legal matters. Negotiates complex data licensing, SaaS, API, and enterprise technology agreements; advises sales, product, engineering, and executive teams; oversees privacy and cybersecurity compliance; manages IP protection, strategic transactions, outside counsel, and legal processes supporting revenue growth.

Owns revenue operations systems, data quality, analytics, reporting, and go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Administers the GTM technology stack, implements AI and automation initiatives, builds pipeline and revenue dashboards, leads reporting cycles, improves lead routing and deal processes, and supports annual planning, territory management, quota setting, and compensation calculations.
