Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives while driving revenue performance. Responsibilities include pipeline and forecast management, deal strategy, sales methodology coaching, CRM reporting, onboarding, executive engagement, and cross-functional go-to-market improvement. The role manages approximately four to five AEs, supports complex healthcare technology sales cycles, and helps scale sales processes and team culture.
