Lead and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for web and API-driven applications. Outbound-focused role contacting insured members to schedule annual wellness/benefit exams using a progressive dialer. Build member relationships, coordinate and confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, manage high-volume multi-channel communications, and accurately document interactions and outcomes to support primary care teams.

Administer and improve employee benefits, leave, disability, workers' compensation, and accommodation programs. Manage cases from intake through return-to-work, ensure compliance and accurate payroll coordination, lead wellbeing strategy, maintain HR systems and vendor relationships, perform audits and reporting, and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience.
