Lead and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for web and API-driven applications. Develop test strategies, plans, and automated/manual test cases using tools like Postman and Playwright. Track and validate defects, support UAT and production, collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, and perform off-hours testing to ensure release readiness and continuous QA improvement.

Outbound-focused role contacting insured members to schedule annual wellness/benefit exams using a progressive dialer. Build member relationships, coordinate and confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, manage high-volume multi-channel communications, and accurately document interactions and outcomes to support primary care teams.

Administer and improve employee benefits, leave, disability, workers' compensation, and accommodation programs. Manage cases from intake through return-to-work, ensure compliance and accurate payroll coordination, lead wellbeing strategy, maintain HR systems and vendor relationships, perform audits and reporting, and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience.

Provide behavioral health utilization management by conducting clinical reviews and medical necessity determinations, coordinating care and discharge planning, documenting to regulatory and health-plan standards, managing caseloads, participating in clinical rounds, and partnering with providers, members, and internal teams to ensure appropriate services and positive outcomes.
