Build the company’s outbound top-of-funnel motion from scratch across SMB and enterprise e-commerce accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, communities, and direct messages; creating account lists and ICP definitions; researching prospects; writing and testing messaging; operating AI-assisted outbound tools; qualifying opportunities; partnering with founders and AEs; and documenting repeatable sales processes.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will build and manage the talent function from scratch, overseeing all hiring processes and sourcing strategies while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across various roles.

Build and run a high-output AI-powered content factory producing multi-format content (video, ads, posts, email, landing pages). Own systems, workflows, and paid media execution (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit), optimize performance, iterate fast, and drive demos and revenue.
