Teams at LTSE

Leads enterprise finance and accounting, including financial reporting, close management, audits, tax coordination, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, expense management, and long-term financial modeling. Partners with executives and board committees on financial analysis and strategic decisions, oversees core accounting processes, manages capitalization and 409A activities, and improves scalable finance systems and controls. Provides technical direction to accounting staff and supports regulatory and operational risk management.

Lead LTSE’s listings business development strategy by building pipelines, cultivating relationships with CEOs, boards, and corporate leaders, developing tailored business cases, and converting complex sales cycles into listing commitments. Own forecasting and account plans, partner with Marketing, oversee prospect research, and provide market feedback to inform positioning and commercial priorities.
