Responsibilities include sourcing prospects, managing complex sales cycles, evaluating advisor fit, presenting LPL’s value proposition, closing opportunities, developing recruitment strategies, coaching internal teams, building sourcing partnerships, attending industry events, and using performance data to improve programs. Requires extensive financial services and RIA experience, strong consultative selling skills, and substantial travel.
