Requires a mechanical engineering degree, 5+ years of building HVAC design experience, an active Mechanical PE license, and energy analysis software experience. AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is preferred.

Leads workplace experience and daily operations for a 300+ employee corporate studio. Oversees facilities, safety, security, supplies, vendors, sustainability initiatives, events, meetings, travel, and guest support. Manages and develops operations and administrative staff, establishes consistent processes, coordinates resources across teams and offices, supports leases and building relationships, and partners with firm leadership to improve workplace effectiveness.
