Lead enterprise SaaS presales activities from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, RFPs, technical validation, and close. Translate customer business and technical needs into solution strategies, deliver tailored demonstrations, partner with Account Executives, engage executive stakeholders, and develop reusable presales assets and best practices. The role focuses on loyalty, CRM, customer data, marketing automation, and customer engagement technology, with travel up to 15%.

Partner with multinational clients to analyze requirements, design loyalty strategies, oversee GRAVTY® implementations, deliver training, manage project documentation and SLAs, collaborate with product teams, and develop product marketing collateral to drive customer success.
