Manage and grow a portfolio of residential customers within a territory by building relationships, generating new business, meeting sales targets, using CRM tools, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused, consultative selling and account growth.

Conduct site walks, define project scope and product needs, prepare and present bids, coordinate installers and scheduling, evaluate project profitability, run pre-construction conferences, and gather post-project feedback.

Leads state and local government affairs across Western markets, including lobbying, policy strategy, legislative and regulatory monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and relationships with policymakers, trade associations, consultants, and community groups. Partners cross-functionally to align advocacy with enterprise priorities, analyzes policy impacts, manages multiple jurisdictions and initiatives, and serves as a subject matter lead on priority retail policy issues.
