Sells Lovesac furniture by engaging customers, identifying needs, demonstrating products, providing brand education, following up on quotes, and closing sales. Maintains customer relationships, meets sales goals and KPIs, supports store operations, inventory, visual standards, promotions, opening and closing procedures, and safety policies. The role requires weekend, holiday, and evening availability, technology and CRM use, occasional travel, furniture assembly, and lifting items up to 75 pounds.

Provide welcoming in-store customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, drive sales and meet KPIs, manage quotes and closings, support omni-channel outreach, maintain store merchandising and operations, handle inventory and transactions, perform occasional travel and physical tasks up to 75 lbs.

Provide welcoming, consultative in-store sales using company techniques; meet personal sales goals; demo products; manage quotes, close sales, and perform customer outreach. Maintain visual merchandising and store operations (opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions). Use company tools and CRM, resolve customer issues, assist across omni-channel channels, and perform physical tasks including moving furniture and occasional travel for meetings.
