Coordinates clinic flow and quality patient care under nursing management. Delegates tasks, triages walk-ins, monitors clinical schedules, manages medications and supplies, reviews charts, coordinates STI treatment, administers medications, educates patients, enforces clinical protocols, and mentors healthcare staff. Collaborates with providers while ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, OSHA, HIPAA, and accreditation requirements.

Provide trauma-informed civil legal services and immigration representation to LGBTQI+ survivors of violence, including restraining orders, immigration relief, housing and civil rights advocacy; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support policy/advocacy, deliver community education, and maintain case records and reports.

Maintains a safe and secure environment across Center premises by monitoring access control, CCTV, alarms, radios, and communications. Dispatches security personnel, coordinates emergency responses, investigates incidents, maintains logs and equipment records, completes reports, and supports security training. The role requires communication with law enforcement, emergency services, staff, visitors, and community members while working overnight shifts, weekends, and in physically demanding situations.
