Leads major and planned giving fundraising, managing a portfolio of approximately 75 high-capacity donors and prospects. Develops cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, campaign, and planned giving strategies; personally secures significant gifts; oversees donor pipelines and fundraising metrics; supervises two Major Gift Officers and one Planned Giving Officer; and collaborates with the CEO, board, senior leadership, volunteers, and community stakeholders.

Processes semi-monthly payroll, verifies timesheets and employee data, manages deductions and garnishments, coordinates employment changes, reconciles payroll accounts, responds to inquiries, generates reports, ensures California payroll compliance, improves payroll systems, and supports staff training.

Manages the full lifecycle of private foundation, corporate, and government grants, including opportunity identification, proposal and report writing, budgeting, compliance, tracking, and stewardship. Collaborates with Programs, Finance, Development, leadership, and external funders to align grant strategies with organizational priorities and community needs. Maintains grant records, coordinates deadlines and workflows, supports impact measurement, and develops compelling narratives, objectives, budgets, and supporting documentation.
