Assists the department with assigned projects and general administrative duties. Uses MS Office and basic office equipment, communicates professionally, leads and collaborates, manages multiple assignments, and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Float-pool Night Clinical Nurse B provides flexible, age-appropriate patient-centered care across departments to cover staffing needs. Performs full nursing process with minimal supervision, documents care in EMR, delegates to unlicensed staff, troubleshoots patient equipment, and maintains required certifications. Requires BSN, active CA RN license, BLS and ACLS. Emphasizes professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to departmental competencies and policies.

Provides nursing care for urgent, emergent, or potential health problems in an outpatient setting. Assists physicians, RNs, and medical assistants with procedures, documents findings, communicates effectively, and maintains professional relationships. Performs patient care tasks, equipment troubleshooting, and other duties as assigned.
