A typical day starts with a meeting with engineers and QA in a daily stand-up call to hear updates from the day before and anything currently blocked in their work. From there, my day includes things like planning out future sprints, writing user stories for new functionality, researching initiatives, and interviewing customers.

We chose the risk management profession because we want to help people and make a positive difference. To see our personal contribution to our customer’s mission, their employees and the communities they serve. We are good, kind people who care about each other.
