Build software that productizes enterprise mortgage-lender onboarding. Responsibilities include automated tenant provisioning, configuration-as-code, environment promotion, data migration from legacy systems, reconciliation reporting, multi-tenant feature rollouts, smoke tests, conformance suites, and infrastructure or CI/CD improvements. The role spans backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, security, reliability, and collaboration with implementation teams.

Build and operate full-stack, production-ready systems: design and ship AI-native mortgage automation, integrate third-party lending APIs, and architect scalable AWS infrastructure and job processing. Mentor engineers and ensure security, observability, and high reliability.

Own the end-to-end design quality of Loancrate’s AI-powered mortgage workflow tools, from wireframes and Figma designs through production React and TypeScript implementation. Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library, ensure accessibility and consistency, develop UX patterns for complex data-dense workflows, collaborate with product and engineering, audit existing UI, and mentor teammates on design and frontend practices.
