Lead store sales and supervisors to exceed targets through coaching, staffing, training, guest engagement, performance management, and execution of sales and operations standard work. Handle escalated guest issues, develop business plans from scorecards, manage store open/close duties, and build a high-performance culture focused on guest satisfaction and team development.

Lead and manage the accounts payable function, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely monthly/quarter/year-end close, design and enforce AP policies, improve processes, support external audits, manage close calendar and reporting, and lead, mentor, and develop AP staff while collaborating cross-functionally.

Perform furniture finishing and repair: disassemble items, sand and prep surfaces, apply stains, varnishes, lacquers and sealants, and use hand and power tools and solvents. Work requires frequent lifting (up to 100 lbs), occasional ladder use, and standing and physical activity in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
