The Senior Product Engineer will build web and CLI interfaces for developers using LiveKit, focusing on product experience and user feedback. Responsibilities include writing production code, engaging with customers, and making product decisions to enhance developer experience.

Design, build, and operate core control, data, and observability systems for a low-latency, highly-available realtime platform. Implement resilient region-spanning architectures, libraries, protocols, and tooling. Diagnose and harden critical paths using metrics, tracing, testing, and production traffic. Shape platform capabilities across identity, scheduling, observability, and distributed state management.

Own and grow mid-tier GSI and ecosystem partnerships, run technical partner conversations, build a repeatable partner program from scratch, connect sales and special projects, and convert partner interest into trackable pipeline and real business outcomes.
