Leads the enterprise strategy and execution for high-volume job ingestion systems, including scraping, ATS feeds, parsing, normalization, deduplication, schema mapping, and event processing. Partners with engineering, search, SEO, mobile, alerts, and go-to-market teams to improve job quality, freshness, latency, engagement, and monetization. Establishes data governance and operational metrics while coaching product managers and communicating technical investments to executives.
