Supports textile and graphic design for children’s apparel from concept through final approval. Creates repeat prints, cleans and recolors artwork, reviews lab dips and strike-offs, tracks approvals, maintains artwork version history, prepares millsheets, and coordinates with freelance artists and design studios. The role requires strong color judgment, organization, communication, and familiarity with apparel product development and production handoffs.

Coordinate weekly garment fit sessions, prepare and measure fit and pre-production samples, communicate fit corrections to overseas factories, and partner with Design to achieve intended fit and aesthetics. Review samples for safety and construction quality, maintain play block libraries, support grading and patternmaking standards, and manage approval calendars and special projects.

Supports product compliance, quality assurance, safety testing, inspections, and regulatory documentation across apparel product lifecycles. Reviews third-party laboratory reports, conducts risk assessments, analyzes testing and returns data, tracks vendor quality KPIs, supports audits and CPSC filings, and partners with product teams and factories on approvals and corrective action plans. Maintains technical files while monitoring regulatory and ethical sourcing updates.
