Lead requirements gathering and process design for federal clients, translate mission needs into ServiceNow user stories and functional specs, perform gap analyses, design Agile/SOPs, ensure compliance with Section 508 and FISMA/NIST, mentor junior staff, conduct peer reviews, develop process maps and UAT plans, and produce federal-grade deliverables and training materials.

Serve as the teams dedicated Scrum Master for a federal cloud modernization program: facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint execution and Jira boards, coordinate demos and stakeholder status, maintain documentation in SharePoint, track ServiceNow tickets integrated with Jira, and support high-level change management and DevSecOps conversations with engineers and federal customers. Requires active clearance and on-site presence in Washington, D.C.

Lead design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/App Engine/Service Portal). Build workflows, custom widgets, integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server/Integration Hub), ensure security and performance, mentor developers, troubleshoot, and work in Agile with CI/CD and AWS support. Document architectures and collaborate with stakeholders for federal projects requiring Public Trust clearance.
