Develop and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications, enhancements, workflows, scripts, integrations, and platform improvements for federal clients. Advise teams on ServiceNow architecture and best practices, analyze performance issues, translate business requirements into technical solutions, support multiple instances and domains, and collaborate within Agile/Scrum project teams. The role also supports enterprise monitoring, application rollouts, system stability, and customer-facing technical delivery.

Manage and optimize multiple platforms, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, containers, monitoring, logging, and security tools. Improve system reliability, troubleshoot degraded services and system-level issues, maintain production infrastructure, and enhance internal processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions, and support client-facing delivery in a remote federal-contract environment.

Designs, implements, integrates, and optimizes scalable ServiceNow solutions for IT modernization. Leads implementations, custom application development, workflow optimization, data migrations, security, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting. Provides technical leadership, mentors developers, documents architectures, and ensures compliance with security and governance standards. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

Own full-stack modernization of complex federal legacy systems using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, and relational databases. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, designing scalable applications, building integrations, developing user-facing components, supporting the full SDLC, troubleshooting across application layers, and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is fully remote and requires U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Leads requirements gathering, process design, gap analysis, backlog quality, user story development, UAT, and federal ServiceNow solution delivery. Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, Agile teams, and government personnel to create scalable, compliant workflows and documentation. Provides mentorship, conducts peer reviews, develops process maps and test plans, and ensures adherence to Section 508, FISMA, and NIST standards.
