Lead product marketing for Liftoff's adtech portfolio: define positioning, create sales enablement and campaigns, lead GTM launches, drive market intelligence, and translate technical features into compelling content while partnering cross-functionally across regions.

Design, prototype, and productionize GenAI systems that generate end-to-end ad creatives (including interactive playables). Build robust pipelines, guardrails, and evaluation infrastructure (human-in-the-loop, A/B testing). Partner with creative and product teams, research new model capabilities, and mentor engineers to raise engineering and AI standards.

Lead the Creative Serving engineering team to define strategy, roadmap, and execution. Translate business goals into technical deliverables, collaborate with ML and product stakeholders, ensure high-uptime integrations with partner exchanges, provide technical guidance and feedback, enforce engineering best practices, balance short- and long-term priorities, and mentor engineers into future leaders.
