Administers compensation programs and policies, analyzes market and internal pay data, evaluates job levels and FLSA classifications, and recommends salary actions. Reviews Workday compensation transactions, supports incentive and merit programs, conducts modeling and salary surveys, researches regulations, drafts communications, and advises leaders and HR partners on compensation strategy, compliance, and pay equity.

Leads enterprise content and thought leadership strategy, editorial governance, planning, quality review, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting. Develops editorial standards, calendars, storytelling platforms, and executive or clinical thought leadership initiatives. Partners with marketing, PR, clinical, legal, compliance, recruiting, business development, and executive teams to support brand trust, reputation, patient acquisition, clinician engagement, and organizational growth.

Develops executive-level partnerships with healthcare organizations, payors, care platforms, and referral sources to increase behavioral health referrals. Responsibilities include creating referral strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, developing go-to-market plans, monitoring market and competitor trends, maintaining CRM systems, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing, clinical, business development, and insights teams. The role owns referral volume and quality while identifying underperformance and driving corrective action.
