Lead and manage the hospitals rehabilitation program (PT or OT), overseeing staffing, operations, budgets, quality management, client relations, and program development to ensure regulatory compliance and improved clinical productivity.

Support coordination and completion of IRF-PAI with the interdisciplinary team. Gather, input, and transmit patient assessment data to Medicare. Assist staff education on Quality Indicators, monitor CMS compliance, liaise with clinical team and facility staff, and perform other assigned administrative duties to support inpatient rehabilitation operations.

Provide and oversee patient evaluations and treatments as a licensed PT or OT; supervise and train rehab staff; manage documentation, billing accuracy, risk management, and in-service training; ensure timely, effective patient care and perform other assigned departmental duties.
