Provide and oversee patient evaluations and treatments as a licensed PT or OT; supervise and train rehab staff; manage documentation, billing accuracy, risk management, and in-service training; ensure timely, effective patient care and perform other assigned departmental duties.

Lead and manage the LTACH rehabilitation program, overseeing staffing, quality, compliance, budgets, referrals, admissions, and interdisciplinary team development to ensure efficient, patient-centered care and continuous performance improvement.

Coordinate and complete IRF-PAI admission and discharge documentation, collect PPD data with the interdisciplinary team, enter CMS-required data into approved software, maintain IRF-PAI logs, and ensure quality indicator documentation meets regulatory timeframes and standards.
