Independently manage moderately complex civil litigation (up to ~$50k exposure) including research, pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement negotiations, hearings, trials, and mediations. Use e-discovery and case-management tools, advise claims teams, evaluate risk, mentor junior attorneys, deliver trainings, and implement process improvements while maintaining ethical and compliance standards.

Underwrite and manage complex construction-focused inland marine accounts (builders risk, installation, contractors' equipment, project cargo). Use technical judgment and data to select profitable business, set coverage/terms/pricing, manage portfolio performance, build broker/client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor underwriters to strengthen inland marine capabilities.

Evaluate and recommend underwriting decisions for a portfolio of brokers/agents, build internal and external relationships, develop underwriting skills, support marketing and team projects, and contribute to portfolio analysis and data quality.
