Manages routine to moderately complex workers’ compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Evaluates coverage, liability, compensability, damages, and reserve requirements; develops action plans; conducts investigations; coordinates with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, appraisers, and other parties; and negotiates settlements within authority limits. May refer claims to subrogation or special investigations teams and must comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Investigates and manages workers compensation and other commercial claims, determines liability and compensability, evaluates losses, estimates costs, negotiates settlements, confirms coverage, communicates with policyholders, and maintains accurate claim files. The role includes comprehensive training and mentoring, with required onsite training in Plano, Texas and periodic office attendance depending on location.

Handles moderately complex to complex workers compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include determining coverage, liability, compensability, reserves, and damages; negotiating settlements; coordinating litigation; engaging experts; referring claims for subrogation or investigation; and attending legal proceedings. Provides technical guidance, mentorship, quality review participation, and support with caseload management and claim team activities.
