Supports accounting operations across multiple entities by preparing reconciliations, processing claims and provider payments, managing payables workflows, handling refunds and EFT setup, assisting with audits and compliance reporting, and supporting 1099 reporting. The role also investigates discrepancies, maintains financial records, documents procedures, tests systems, and improves accounting workflows.

Oversee accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, treasury, cash forecasting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Lead and develop a small accounting team, partner with auditors and banking institutions, support system implementations, and drive process improvements. The role requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and progressively responsible accounting leadership experience.

Configure, test, and maintain claims and Utilization Management (UM) system logic. Analyze complex claim/UM scenarios, support benefit implementation, audit system rules and benefit setups, coordinate cross-functional implementations and member notifications, support Crystal Reports, and document policies and procedures.
