Supports recruiting across the business by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, communicating with candidates, and improving recruiting processes. The role offers early-career ownership in a high-growth, fully onsite Los Angeles startup, with opportunities to develop full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategy skills.

Own LettrLabs’ product positioning, messaging, launches, customer proof, competitive research, and sales enablement. Build the product marketing function from scratch across multiple customer segments, translating technical capabilities into buyer-focused value. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to improve acquisition, onboarding, retention, expansion, and deal velocity. The role requires regular onsite work in Marina Del Rey.
